About the NJPCA
The New Jersey Professional Coaches Association, or NJPCA, is a non-profit organization of professional personal and business coaches in the State of New Jersey.

We are also the state-wide New Jersey chapter of the
International Coach Federation (ICF), and as such, all NJPCA members are members of the ICF. As charter chapter of the ICF, our membership fully supports the ICF and its Code of Ethics.
The NJPCA has been in existence since 1996, and was incorporated in 2000. In 2001, we were one of the first five ICF chapters to be granted the status of "charter chapter" by the ICF. Our membership has grown from 5-10 members in 1996 to over 100 members -- and still growing!
It is the mission of the NJPCA to:
- become a strong, inclusive and unified voice for the coaching profession in the State of New Jersey;
- be a resource for the general public and media, providing awareness of the many benefits of working with a professional personal or business coach, and supporting the efforts of individuals interested in exploring a career as a professional coach; and
- support and provide ever-increasing value for our membership.
