Tony Calabrese is the founder of Absolute Transitions, LLC, a Certified Professional Coach and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner. A life coach, Tony enjoys working with clients who are transitioning from one long time career to another, or are ready to leave their first career and pursue their life’s dream as part of a second career act. Coaching is a 2nd career act for Tony, after spending 30 successful years in middle management at a large corporate financial services firm. He resides in Maplewood, NJ, with his wife Carolina.
Fran McTernan is a Life Coach who lives in Fanwood, NJ with her husband and two college-age sons. Fran has been coaching informally for over ten years, working as a manager of a technical telecom team and as a volunteer working on a crisis and suicide hotline with Contact We Care, a non-profit organization in central New Jersey.
Fran has completed a nine-month ICF accredited coach-training program with Newfield Network (www.newfieldnetwork.com), and she has created a coaching practice, Empowerment Coaching (www.SeeThinkBe.com). Fran is currently working on coaching certification from Newfield and the ICF. Fran is also a trainer with Contact We Care, working with new volunteers during the twelve-week training program and with experienced volunteers training them in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills (ASIST, www.livingworks.net).
Brooke Manino is the founder and President of Advanced Leadership Performance Strategies, LLC, a coaching and leadership development practice focused on transforming individuals, small businesses and leadership teams to achieve superior strategic business outcomes. Each program is customized to the special needs of the client ranging from one to one coaching to overall strategic organizational design as well as performance and change management. Brooke brings extensive coaching experience from her corporate career to guide her clients through the ALPS Coaching program. This expertise, combined with her training at the FastTrack Coaching Academy, enables her to leverage strategies for excelling in leadership along with practical application of essential tools and techniques to help her clients achieve their desired success.
Helen Burton, ACC, CEC, received her professional coaching certification through IPEC and the ICF. She is the founder and owner of Love Yourself Coaching, a company designed to work with individuals through telecircles, teleclasses, workshops and one on one coaching.

Carole DeLaOsa is a certified Life and Business coach and ELIM practitioner. Carole's mission is to reach the woman whose pain of growing her business has almost crippled her business' growth through indecision. Lynn Schaber, ACC, is a leadership and executive coach based in Middletown, NJ, who works with managers and their teams to bring their “A” game to the table. Her clients achieve improved performance in their ability to manage themselves, their teams and their strategy. Lynn’s deep listening style and insights support clients to make significant and often surprising shifts in their work and life.
Lynn is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), has been a member of the NJPCA for seven years, and served on the NJPCA board as President in 2008 and 2009, as well as serving on the Educational and Professional Development (EPD) committee in other years.

Nathalie Centinaro, MSW, LCSW-Executive Coach, has provided mental health services since 1994 when she assisted families affected by substance abuse. She earned her Masters in Social Work from New York University and has diversified her practice to include individuals, couples and groups. Nathalie has provided services in a variety of agencies, which has allowed her to gain a broad range of sensibilities.
Currently, Nathalie provides clinical and internal executive coaching services as a contractor to the USPS. Nathalie completed formal training as an Executive Coach and is on her way to completing a Masters Degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of Texas.
Indie Cooper-Guzman is a Registered Nurse with over 23 years of comprehensive professional career experience covering the full life spectrum and in a variety of health care settings. Her academic background includes a BS in Community & Human Services with double majors in psychology and counseling, and a Master of Education specializing in the design technology and presentation of e-Learning under the umbrella of Adult Education and Administration. She currently works at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn as a clinical information systems instructor/trainer and e-learning educational materials developer.
For the past 17 years, Indie has held a certificate in Pain Management from the American Academy of Pain Management. She is a charter member of the American Society of Pain Educators. Indie is now working on her Ph.D. in Education from Capella University specializing in Training and Performance Improvement. As she prepares to do her doctoral dissertation, she would like to focus on the benefits of using Health Coaches with chronic pain patients. Her goal is to promote the advancement of coaching as a professional discipline in health care.
Jim Deak is the President of Ideal Horizons Coaching, LLC, a firm he founded in 2003 to provide business coaching for small to medium size companies. He works with business owners and executives, either individually or in groups, to grow their business financially, to discover what success means for them, to strengthen their leadership skills, to identify their primary objectives in their personal and business lives and to craft the most effective goals and strategies toward achieving all of these. Jim has enjoyed a successful business career at companies such as AT&T and Telcordia Technologies that includes a breadth of experience in engineering design, education and training, facilitation, negotiation and telecommunications. He lives in Morristown, NJ, with his wife, Sally, and his extracurricular activities include reading, exercising, flying and snowboarding.
Pamela Duda brings more than 20 years of corporate experience to her firm, Lifescapes Professional Coaching, a woman-owned business. Working as a senior level consultant, she has led, managed, mentored and coached teams and individuals to achieve award-winning outcomes. With core competencies in strategic career transitioning, on-boarding, leadership skills, team dynamics, problem solving and effective communication, Pam has helped clients accelerate their success and produce more satisfying results in their lives.
Pam is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a graduate of the ICF-accredited training program at the world-renowned Institute of Professional Excellence Coaching (iPEC). She also is certified to conduct the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) attitudinal assessment along with the DiSC communication behavioral profile assessment. Pam holds an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson, with a specialization in Pharmaceutical/Chemical Studies, and a BS in Finance from Rider University. In addition, she is affiliated with the Healthcare Business Women’s Association (HBA), NJ Chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF), New Jersey Chamber of Commerce, Advisory Committee member for NORWESCAP and member of BNI Clinton Chapter, NJ.
Outside of work, Pam enjoys managing her small cattle farm with husband, Andy, her three dogs and two cats. She enjoys traveling to new places and meeting new people. Her goal is to inspire others to reach their full potential and find fulfillment in life.
Dave Gorham is the head of the Coaching Division for Frame of Mind Coaching, leading the company and coaching other professionals to achieve their ultimate goals. With an extensive background in marketing, advertising and business management, Dave uses a unique approach in FOM Coaching Principles. He helps his clients create the success they want, with his passion for helping people reach their goals and, most importantly, live happy, peaceful lives.
Dave is also a Real Estate sales agent and has been a Branch Manager/Broker Associate for Coldwell Banker Elite Realtors in New Jersey along with being the owner of G&G Property Management. Dave credits his own success in taking a personal interest in every one of his clients and their satisfaction and growth.
Dave feels very strongly that all of his positions be focused on leadership and training. He considers his participation in outside coaching programs as a way to broaden the vision and deepen the value of the daily approach to business. As such, Dave is a graduate of the FoM Coaching Certification Program, having participated in personal coaching with Kim Ades. His experience with FoM changed his life. It allowed him to achieve balance; he defined his goals and brought his desires to the forefront of his vision. Dave reaches for his goals every day.
In his spare time, Dave enjoys spending time on the beach in Ocean City, riding motorcycles, driving his 1973 VW convertible (not so much fixing it) and being with his family.

Andrea Harvey, a professionally certified coach, has 25 years of diverse, global experience as an executive coach, leadership, and organizational development consultant. Joe Postiglione, is the President and Executive Coach at Crossroads Coaching & Consulting Services, LLC, where he helps groups and individuals regain their focus and understand exactly what’s been holding them back from achieving goals, objectives and happiness in their lives. He graduated from The Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching in 2001 and became an equity partner in the business with his longtime friend, mentor and founder of iPEC, Bruce Schneider, until he sold his interest in the business in 2008.
Joe became a Professional Credentialed Coach thru the International Coach Federation in 2007. Joe has also been a business executive for many years in the corporate and management consulting world with companies like: Eisai of North America, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Oracle, Dun & Bradstreet, Price Waterhouse and Deloitte Consulting, where he led or managed Change Management-related projects. Joe has been inducted in Cambridge’s Who’s Who in 2009.
