BOARD MEMBER BIOS:

Elise Holtzman is an attorney, certified business coach and the founder of Advocate Success Group LLC.  She specializes in supporting attorneys at all stages of their careers in creating the business success they desire. In addition to coaching individual attorneys, Elise also works with law firms and legal departments to guide them in creating and refining the right environment in which to provide exceptional client service.  Elise’s mission is to help attorneys become more effective at what they do, more satisfied with their legal careers and, by extension, more fulfilled in their personal lives.


Brooke Manino is the founder and President of Advanced Leadership Performance Strategies, LLC, a coaching and leadership development practice focused on transforming individuals, small businesses and leadership teams to achieve superior strategic business outcomes.   Each program is customized to the special needs of the client ranging from one to one coaching to overall strategic organizational design as well as performance and change management.   Brooke brings extensive coaching experience from her corporate career to guide her clients through the ALPS Coaching program.  This expertise, combined with her training at the FastTrack Coaching Academy, enables her to leverage strategies for excelling in leadership along with practical application of essential tools and techniques to help her clients achieve their desired success. 

Lynn Schaber is a leadership coach based in Middletown, NJ who works with managers and their teams to bring their “A” game to the table. Her clients achieve improved performance in their ability to manage themselves, their teams and their strategy. Lynn’s deep listening style and insights support clients to make significant and often surprising shifts in their work and life.

Lynn is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and has been a member of the NJPCA for five years.


Tony Calabrese is the founder of Absolute Transitions, LLC, a Certified Professional Coach and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner.  A life coach, Tony enjoys working with clients who are transitioning from one long time career to another, or are ready to leave their first career and pursue their life’s dream as part of a second career act.  Coaching is a 2nd career act for Tony, after spending 30 successful years in middle management at a large corporate financial services firm.  He resides, with his wife Carolina, in Maplewood, NJ.


Carole DeLaOsa is a certified Life and Business coach and ELIM practitioner. Carole's mission is to reach the woman whose pain of growing her business has almost crippled her businesses growth through indecision.  She helps them get clear on their purpose, define their choices, and grow their business financially from its current state. Her company Transition4you was founded in 2009 in Butler, New Jersey.


Daniel Bonitsky After nearly thirty years working in the entertainment industry Dan decided it was time to unpack his suitcase one last time and stay put for a change. He recently completed his coaching training through Coach Training Alliance to provide coaching opportunities to career veterans of stage and screen through his consultancy, Source Ventures LLC.


Janice E. Brown, M.Ed. is a Certified Dream Coach and Life Coach, teaching people how to make their dreams come true, abundantly. She has been the Owner of Waterfall Coaching (.com) since 2004 and is also pursuing a secondary career in freelance writing. Her 30+ years as a psychotherapist and college professor serve her well, as she conducts workshops and seminars along with her coaching work. Janice moved from Philadelphia to South Jersey in 2007 to pursue her dream of watching the sunset over the water whenever she wants.

Karla Robertson, PCC, is an executive and team coach based out of Howell, NJ. She holds her B.S. degree in psychology and marketing and is an MBTI® Master Practitioner. She bills herself as a brain coach in that her focus and starting point is how her clients are thinking about any situation they bring to her. Her clients find that when they shift the way they think about something they ignite new insights for innovation, better decisions and sustainable outcomes.

Victoria Roche is a Life Coach and Career Coach with an office in Morristown.  Her coaching business has evolved from an ADD coaching specialty to working with clients beginning at high school age through retirement, to identify their strengths and the qualities that make them unique, and begin to think about what they want to achieve. She works with individuals to improve in their performance at school, work and in their personal life.  She coaches individuals seeking employment to assist them in finding a job, and those interested in changing careers. For all clients she helps them become effective, self reliant and gives them the tools to meet their full potential.


Sandy Schussel coaches service professionals—coaches, attorneys, financial advisors, etc.—who are good at what they do but struggling to grow their businesses.  He is an author (Become A Client Magnet, The High Diving Board) a speaker, a sales trainer and marketing consultant, who trains and coaches individuals and entire firms.  After fifteen years as a practicing attorney and rainmaker for his firm, he started speaking and coaching and has been doing the work he believes he was meant to do for more than ten years.  Sandy now limits his work to professionals who aren’t just “dabbling” in coaching, but are ready to “dive in” and invest in real, transformative change.

Marc Weiner is Professional Certified Executive & Business Coach to CEO's, senior level executives, business owners and entrepreneurs choosing to make a significant change in their professional and personal lives. He is an award-winning Master Sales Coach & Trainer and is the Founder/Creator of www.Sales-Success-System.com. He is a frequent lecturer, speaker and author - his newest book "Goals & Proven Strategies for Success from the Industry's Leading Experts" will be released in September 2009.

Marc provides executive coaching, business consulting and advisory services in the areas of strategic planning, business growth and development, complex business challenges, turnarounds; sales coaching/training; customer service and senior executive career/life transition.

Marc is the Co-Chair of the NJPCA Professional Development and Education committee and the Chair of the Curriculum Committee for the upcoming NJPCA "Forum".

Cassandra Johnson is a certified life and business coach and Co-Founder of Destined To Be Great, LLC – “A Greater You By Design”. She specializes in supporting professional women with home-based (side) businesses who are ready to transition out of corporate america and into full-time business ownership. Cassandra is also a certified Energy Leadership Master Practictioner and graduate of IPEC coaching. She also has over 14 years experience in Brand/Product Management, over 6 years in Direct Selling and recently transitioned out of her corporate job to start her coaching practice and pursue her passion of empowering women to step into their greatness.


Jenny Monteleone Jenny has been a Life & Career Coach for 6 years, and is a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute. She graduated in Psychology and has over 20 years of Corporate and International marketing experience.


Anthony Fasano is a certified business coach specializing in business and career growth and development, strategic planning, leadership and staff utilization. He is the creator and founder of the Career-Biz Booster Program, a six-point process to inspire professionals to eliminate stagnation and grow more quickly and profitably than they ever thought possible. He uses his highly effective coaching technique to help clients work through blocks, prioritize effectively, set clear goals and achieve their maximum potential — all in a relatively short period of time.


Lisa Silvershein is a career coach who helps her clients experience success during all phases of their career lifecycle. She encourages them to leverage their strengths and achieve their career goals.

Lisa works with people during all stages of their career: students, high potential leaders, women returning to the workforce, people in career transition and clients who are planning their active retirement. Lisa's clients take focused and progressive action steps that enable them to grow professionally.

Lisa is a Certified Master Coach with a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management.


Sherry Bakhtian, Ph.D. is a spiritual life coach helping professionals through major life and/or work transitions. She coaches people who are ready and willing to use "change" as the platform to make the necessary shifts to live extraordinary lives. Sherry is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and lives and works out of her home office in Warren, NJ.
