Workshop Description:
In this interactive teleclass, you will begin to explore what it takes to lead retreats in your own coaching business. Co-presenters, Patt Osborne, PCC, of Adventure Coach and Deborah Martin, MCC, of Portage, co-teach the Adventure Retreat Leader teleclass training twice each year for individuals who want to plan and host their own Adventure Retreats.
During this teleclass, you will learn or take away:
1. The variety of retreats coaches can offer.
2. How to determine the perfect adventure retreat environment for your coaching and personal style.
3. How to begin to attract participants to your outing.
4. Where to get more information and support.
5. A playbook with activities designed to get you started.
Speakers' Bios:
Patt Osborne, PCC, of Adventure Coach, works with folks who seriously want to upgrade their quality of life. As a Master Certified Retreat Leader, Patt leads Outdoor Adventure Retreats for individuals and business teams who want to reconnect with Nature while re-discovering their authenticity. Patt is an adventuresome spirit who lives in the Pinelands of New Jersey.
Deborah Martin, MCC, of Portage, works with an international clientele of leaders, high achievers, entrepreneurs, coaches and visionaries. Deb offers Wilderness Adventure Coaching on a variety of themes or individually crafted topics for a specific person or group. Deb has intentionally created a life of simplicity so she can fish, paddle, and take the portage less traveled.
